    Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Steve is the Chief Executive Officer at PCI, leading the organization’s work to strengthen the delivery of primary care globally through innovative and cost-effective models.

    He is a public health leader and advocate of inclusive, adaptive, localised, and people-centred development practices, with extensive experience in international development across Africa and Europe. Prior to joining PCI, Steve was the Head of Programs and Strategic Partnerships at Amref Health Africa UK.

    Over the years, he has worked across senior communication, advocacy, partnerships, and programme disciplines to drive organisational growth.

    Head of Programmes

    Ros plays a central role in managing and developing the PCI project portfolio. She has a strong track record in strategy development, planning, programme management, working with partners and donors and monitoring and evaluation.  Prior to working at PCI Ros had substantial experience working on humanitarian and development projects in East Asia, South-East Asia and East Africa: working predominantly with the Red Cross Movement in field, headquarter and consultancy roles. She also worked with the Women’s Sport Trust in their operational team, promoting women’s sport.

    Digital Project Manager

    Jack coordinates development of PCI’s digital portfolio, in particular he led on the setting up and development of the PCI Academy. Previous to that Jack supported a number of projects across PCI including the UNHCR ‘Caring for Refugees’ programme. Jack arrived at Primary Care International from Oxfam GB, where he worked for the Cash Learning Partnership in their Global Humanitarian Department. Jack has lived and worked in Thailand where he was an Academic Advisor for a municipal school district in Bangkok.

    Head of Operations

    Sara has management responsibility for PCI’s Finance, HR and legal functions, infrastructure and internal policy development, as well as providing executive, governance and programme support, and managing our Clinical Associate network. Sara brings a breadth of administration, project and management experience to PCI from many years of working both for IBM and subsequently herself. In her private life, Sara is involved with a number of local community organizations and is a certified money coach for the national debt counselling charity Christians Against Poverty.

    Project Manager

    Yoctan manages a portfolio of PCI’s projects across different regions, working with partners and donors to ensure the provision of project deliverables.

    He is an international development practitioner with more than ten years of experience in the charity sector, working in capacity strengthening and training with partners across multiple countries. Before joining PCI, Yoctan was Regional Officer for Latin America & the Caribbean at CAFOD. He has previous experience in roles based in Latin America, the United States, and United Kingdom.

    Digital learning lead (consultant)

    Harri has been working in developing online learning solutions for over 8 years. In that time she has worked in industries ranging from social care, to manufacturing, to beer production and even the judicial system. Her expertise lies in helping teams transform their content into highly effective online learning experiences, and she has several eLearning awards for her efforts. Harri is currently working with PCI to support our online learning offerings. Outside of PCI, she also supports other charities by sharing best practice and advice through the Charity Learning Consortium.
